A low impact/high cardio interval indoor group workout for all levels – it’s a great sweat to fun music!

Never done it before?  Come try it out – SEPTEMBER CLASSES ARE FREE for anyone!   A class runs just short of an hour – including bike set-up, warm-up and cool down/stretch.  The ‘working’ portion of the class is about 35-40 minutes and at all times you are in complete control of how challenging it is for you.

Here’s what you will need:
Water bottle & hand towel
Shorts with a long enough inseam to prevent saddle friction (you CAN wear workout pants, but you may be too warm)
Shoe with a fairly thick sole (running shoes or cross trainers)
(Class size is very limited.  Bikes are reserved in person on a first come/first served basis.)
