A low impact/high cardio interval indoor group workout for all levels – it’s a great sweat to fun music! September schedule: Wednesdays @ 6:00pm, Saturdays @ 10:00am. Class is limited. Bikes reserved in person, first come/first served basis.
Over the summer we ran King of the Newbies tournaments for both Court Tennis and Racquets. We had a fantastic turn out with 32 in the Court Tennis and 15 in the Racquets.
