SquashThe Tennis & Racquet Club features three international squash courts and three North American hardball courts. The Club's courts are busy throughout the year with member play, tournaments, junior programs, exhibition matches, and lessons. The squash program at the T&R participates in all of the Massachusetts Squash Racquets Association (MSRA) sponsored leagues and tournaments, and its teams consistently vie for titles in their respective levels. The pro shop is fully stocked with top quality gear, and restringing and other equipment services are available for members. Head Squash Professional Daniel Sharplin:

Our assistant squash professional, Paul Mathieson, has been with the T&R for two years and has been a significant contributor to what is now the city's leading squash program. He is currently an Italian National Team player and has represented himself and his country all around the world. He has represented Italy in the World Team Championships, European Championships, and has won numerous National Championships. Paul had a very successful junior career, winning the National Schools and National Universities Team Championships in Great Britain and reached a number one ranking in his country. He is now playing for the Italian Mens National team and is looking to play PSA tournaments soon. Paul is an England Squash Qualified Coach. Our squash professional, Daniel Sharplin, is a three time Massachusetts State Champion. Daniel won the "2006 Best of Boston" tournament held during the U.S. Open and is a former National Champion of New Zealand. He provides private lessons for club members, holds regular clinics and in-house tournaments, and runs the Club's youth program, which is one of the largest and most popular on the east coast. Additionally, Daniel and his squash staff offer coaching services and match players with other members seeking a game; no other Boston club offers its members this service.
